Who each AI training workshop is for

The Claude Masterclass suits any team ready to make Claude part of daily work. Four working blocks cover where Claude saves time, prompting that works, Claude set up on your own documents and workflows with Projects and Skills, and a written playbook the team keeps. It costs €895 for four people, with up to eight attending.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks providers and deployers to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff. The EU AI Act Readiness Workshop is a working session for IT and HR that maps where AI is really in use, segments training by role and risk, documents the measures taken and sets a refresh cadence. It costs €795 for six people, with up to twelve attending. It builds AI literacy and a written record of it. It is not legal advice.

The Bottleneck Workshop is built around one team's single most time-consuming workflow. A short intake call pins down the problem, then the team builds an AI-assisted fix live, on its own tools and data, and leaves with handoff notes to keep it running. It costs €750 for four people, with up to six attending.

How our AI training works

Our AI training is practical by design. Each session starts from your team's actual tasks, not a generic curriculum, and the work happens on your own tools and data. You leave with something you can use: a working fix, a playbook or a documented record.

  1. Scope: we identify the workflow, tool or requirement the session is built around.
  2. Work: the team spends about four hours on hands-on work, in person or remote.
  3. Handoff: written notes and resources keep the habit going after the session ends.

AI training in Ireland and the UK

VEKT AI runs AI training for teams in Ireland and the UK, in person or remote. Every session is scoped to one team, so a small group gets a result fast instead of a slide deck. The three sessions cover the most common starting points: getting fluent in a specific tool, meeting AI literacy expectations under the EU AI Act, and removing one slow workflow.
