AI Developer

5+ years' experience

We're looking for someone who builds and ships: process automation and AI systems that hold up under real use, not slideware. You'll own work end-to-end, from design through launch.

What you'll do

Design, build, and ship AI-driven process automation for client projects
Take a project the full distance, from initial design through launch, not just one slice of it
Build with data integrity and security as first-order concerns from the start, not a later cleanup pass

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience building and shipping real software or AI systems in production
Working knowledge of security practices and EU AI Act requirements
A builder, not a ticket-manager: comfortable owning a project rather than coordinating one

SOC 2 Compliance Manager Project-based

5+ years' experience

We're looking for someone to run point on a SOC 2 engagement end-to-end: get a client audit-ready, then see them through the audit itself. This is a defined, project-based engagement, not a permanent seat.

What you'll do

Run a SOC 2 readiness assessment and identify the gaps between current practice and the relevant Trust Services Criteria
Design and document the controls needed to close those gaps, and help get them implemented, not just written down
Own evidence collection and act as the main point of contact with the external auditor through fieldwork
Track remediation items to closure and keep the client informed of real status throughout

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience managing SOC 2 (Type I or Type II) audits end-to-end, ideally at a small or mid-sized company
Comfortable working project-based, with a defined scope and a defined end date
Can explain a control to a non-technical founder as clearly as to an auditor
