What happens after your AI training request
Once you submit your AI training request, we check the date against our schedule and, for in-person sessions, confirm the logistics with you. We reply within 24 hours with a payment link. Nothing is charged until everything is confirmed.

Sessions you can request

Half-day AI training: €495
A focused session of about four hours that gets one team fluent fast on a specific tool or workflow. It includes up to three people, then €150 for each additional person, with a maximum of six.
Full-day AI training: €1,250
Hands-on training across a team's real tasks, tools and data over a full working day. It includes up to three people, then €300 for each additional person, with a maximum of six.
Claude Masterclass: €895
The Claude Masterclass is a hands-on, tool-specific half-day session that gets a team fluent in Claude. It includes four people, then €175 for each additional person, up to eight.
EU AI Act Readiness Workshop: €795
The EU AI Act Readiness Workshop is a half-day working session for IT and HR that documents the measures your organisation takes to support AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. It includes six people, then €150 for each additional person, up to twelve. It is not legal advice.
The Bottleneck Workshop: €750
The Bottleneck Workshop is a half-day session built around your team's single most time-consuming workflow, ending with a working AI-assisted fix. It includes four people, then €175 for each additional person, up to six.
Remote or in-person AI training
Every AI training request asks for a format: remote, or in person at your office. Remote sessions need no travel or room booking. For in-person sessions we confirm the room and logistics with you before you pay, so the reply to your AI training request includes those details.

How quickly will I hear back?
We reply within 24 hours to confirm the date and, for in-person sessions, the logistics.
When am I charged?
Payment happens once everything is confirmed. We send a payment link after we agree the date, and nothing is charged before that.
How many people can attend?
The form covers our standard tiers and named workshops, for up to 12 people. Group limits differ by session, so check the session you choose.
What if my team needs something bigger or ongoing?
