About the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop
The EU AI Act Readiness Workshop is a half-day working session for IT and HR teams. It helps your organisation meet the AI literacy requirement in Article 4 of the EU AI Act, which has applied since February 2025, and it leaves you with a written record of the measures you took.
During the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop we map where AI is in use across the business, including informal use, segment staff by role and risk, document the measures taken, and set a plan to refresh them as tools change.
Who the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop is for
IT, HR, and compliance-facing teams. The EU AI Act Readiness Workshop costs €795: 6 people included, then +€150 per additional person (up to 12 total). Prices are final and no VAT is added. For the wider compliance picture, see our EU AI Act overview, or book a free EU AI Act review. The European Commission publishes the official overview of the AI Act.
EU AI Act Readiness Workshop questions
What does Article 4 of the EU AI Act require?
Providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who deal with those systems. Article 4 does not set a curriculum or an hour count, which is why a documented record of the measures taken matters.
What do we get after the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop?
A written record of what was covered and who attended, follow-up notes and resources, and a simple plan for refreshing AI literacy as your tools and usage change.
Is the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop legal advice?
No. It builds AI literacy and a documented record of it. Confirm your specific legal obligations with counsel.
Is the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop remote or in person?
Both. You choose the format when you request it. For in-person sessions we confirm the room and logistics before you pay.
How many people can attend the EU AI Act Readiness Workshop?
The price includes six people. Each additional person costs €150, up to twelve people in total.
