After fifteen+ years leading product teams at Google, Adriana founded VEKT in 2024 with a vision to make AI transformation tools that are compliant, ethical and implementable. A force on the AI thought leadership circuit across the EU, Adriana is regarded as one of the leading voices in AI pragmatism and agentic design.
Heather, Co-Founder
With a 20-year career spanning London, Siicon Valley, and the EU startup space, Heather joined Adriana´s vision, in 2025, to make AI rapid and accessible to small businesses. A serial entrepreneur and exiter, she´s consistently mindful of our clients´ burn rates and need to prove value efficiently and quickly.

His team builds systems that integrate with CRMs, ERPs, APIs, and internal knowledge bases.
